Calls at your operator's normal rate, with no additional service charge. PURCHASE AND AVAILABILITY This initial release accepts buyers resident or established in Finland. Use your actual residence/business country and billing address. The seller is currently not VAT registered; the hosted-package total is EUR14.90. This is a one-time purchase for one business question, not a subscription or automatic renewal. The free initial assessment is separate and does not oblige you to buy. THE PACKAGE One comparison of development options; one action plan; one work package with draft materials; and one interpretation of one saved observations version. Each function includes one explicitly started AI-processing attempt. Opening or downloading an already saved result does not consume an attempt. Necessary AI processing for those functions is included; no personal API key is needed for the hosted package. Unlimited AI chat, live web research, personal consulting, software downloads and future additional-use packages are not included. Input and output sizes are limited. Oversized material is rejected before the provider request rather than silently shortened. A failed attempt may require support review; it does not remove rights concerning defective delivery. Do not pay for a replacement attempt before contacting support. Access is 30 days from the first verified payment confirmation. Repeated payment notifications do not restart it. Download needed results before access expires. Access expiry does not itself mean that all data have been erased; see Privacy. PAYMENT AND DELIVERY Review the buyer details, package, price and terms before pressing the button that commits you to payment. Stripe handles card payment on its own page. A return from Stripe alone does not confirm payment. Access is based on a signed, matching paid event. The original price, agreement, declarations and confirmation email address are saved with the order and are not changed by later terms. The original agreement is queued to your confirmation email. New paid AI actions open after the email relay accepts that original confirmation. Relay acceptance is not proof of inbox delivery. The original agreement is also downloadable from the order page. If payment or delivery is pending, uncertain or missing, contact support rather than making a duplicate purchase. A billing-country discrepancy holds the order for review; no further charge or automatic refund is triggered. Keep your password and recovery code private. Do not send them to support. Providing an email address for an order is not consent to marketing. CONSUMER WITHDRAWAL A consumer may notify withdrawal within 14 days after contract conclusion without giving a reason. Notify through the order's withdrawal function, email, post or another unequivocal statement. A model form is available before payment at /withdrawal-form. State your name, order identifier and the purchase you withdraw. The online function lets you review and explicitly confirm the notice and queues a durable receipt. The notice pauses new paid AI actions. A receipt is not proof that the payment has already been refunded. Immediate service performance is requested separately before payment. If you withdraw after service has begun at your express request, the seller may charge only the legally permitted reasonable proportion for service actually supplied before the notice, assessed against the complete EUR14.90 package and what was properly delivered. Unperformed or defective work is not treated as delivered; there is no separate cancellation penalty or automatic deduction of provider costs. If nothing was performed, the payment is refunded in full. If required information or the express start request was missing, mandatory rules govern whether any deduction is permitted. The seller explains any proposed deduction. Your start request is not a blanket waiver of statutory consumer rights. Refunds due are made without undue delay and within the applicable statutory 14-day deadline from receipt of the withdrawal notice, using the original payment method unless another lawful arrangement is expressly agreed without a fee to you. The operator processes refunds in Stripe; the online notice does not execute a refund automatically. No additional voluntary satisfaction guarantee is offered. QUALITY, USE AND REMEDIES JEPROVAL uses AI to support planning and prepare drafts. It does not verify the truth of every input, establish market demand, replace qualified professional advice or guarantee profit, financing or business success. Review factual claims, assumptions, calculations, outputs and third-party rights before use. You may use and edit the reports and draft materials in your own work and commercial activities, subject to applicable third-party rights. Do not use the service unlawfully, attempt unauthorized access, distribute access credentials, attack the service or try to evade usage/payment restrictions. These terms do not remove mandatory obligations or remedies for defects, delay, conformity, necessary updates or compensation. Report faults or missing access to support with the order ID. Where applicable, correction, price reduction or termination will be provided under mandatory law. Consuming an attempt does not extinguish those rights. No limitation here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Finnish law applies without removing mandatory consumer protection. Finnish consumers may contact Consumer Advisory Services (kkv.fi/kuluttajaneuvonta) and refer unresolved disputes to the Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariita.fi). Purchasing as an individual is allowed; a business ID is not mandatory.
